- Support of the institute director in workload and module planning
- Contact person for students and lecturers in administrative matters
- Planning, organization and coordination of module and entrance examinations
- Planning, organization and implementation of internal institute events and occasions
- Web-based data management
- Processing of fee payments
- General secretarial tasks
Your Profile
- Commercial training and qualified professional experience
- Experience in independently solving organizational, planning and coordination tasks
- Confident use of German and good knowledge of English
- Enjoyment in thinking along, openness to new topics and tasks
- Responsible and quality-conscious way of working
- Music and/or university reference desired
- Teamwork, flexibility and resilience
