Training as a Specialist in Everyday Design & Activation (LeA Graduation)

Your tasks
- Activation therapy and everyday design
- Actively participate in planning a needs-based activation program
- Support in organizing and carrying out events and excursions
- A trustworthy, competent point of contact for our residents
Your profile
For Level 1-3:
For Level 4:
- Care assistant SRK or 3 months of practical experience in elderly care
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Workload during work:
1st level: at least 20% internship or job in the activation area
2nd-3rd level: at least 30-40% position in the activation area
- Completed vocational training at secondary level II (EFZ)
- At least 260 training hours in everyday design and activation
- At least 40% employment in the activation area as a department head or in a deputy role
- At least 2 years of professional experience
