Project Manager
Office for Real Estate Valuation | 80-100% | Chur
The Office for Real Estate Valuation (AIB) conducts official valuations of properties in the canton at six locations.
The valuations are disclosed to the owners. The data is also used by the cantonal and municipal tax authorities, the Graubünden building insurance, and the land registry offices. The municipal revision valuations take place every 10 years. In addition, owners can request a valuation at any time.
We are looking for a motivated project manager at the Chur location starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Managing projects in the areas of IT, valuation system, and digitization
- Analyzing disruptions and errors as well as coordinating all involved parties for sustainable resolution related to the valuation system
- Responsibility for further developments and problem-solving related to the valuation system
- Leading testing and implementation of change requests and releases
- Coordinating processes and interfaces internally and externally
- Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing documentation
- Planning and conducting training sessions
- Contributing to the optimization of organization and processes considering legal requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training
- Experience in project management / project leadership (IT / digitization)
- Excellent process and organizational skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Structured, independent working style
- Service- and solution-oriented personality, teamwork, commitment, and initiative
