For our eleven-member team, we are looking for a Customer Service Tool Administrator immediately or by arrangement. The newly created position offers you the opportunity to actively shape our customer service tools and optimize processes from the ground up.
In this role, you will manage our customer service tools, optimize processes, and support the team with new functions, interfaces, and projects to further develop the system landscape.Responsibilities:
- Administration and configuration of customer service tools such as Zendesk, Babelforce, and comparable systems
- Support in the introduction of new functions, interfaces, and integrations
- Analysis and optimization of support processes in close cooperation with the customer service team
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and user manuals
- 1st and 2nd level support for internal users
- Participation in projects to further develop the system landscape in customer service
- Identification and implementation of improvement potentials in system and work processes
- Contribution to the technical further development of customer service tools for all Deichmann countries in an international environment
- You have completed vocational training in the IT field or in a service-oriented, IT-related work environment; a degree in computer science or business informatics is an advantage
- Initial practical experience in an IT environment will facilitate your entry
- Very good MS Office skills as well as a high technical affinity and pronounced problem-solving skills characterize you
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and solution orientation are among your strengths
