What you will do here

Ensure a professionally sound planning and implementation of the aptitude assessments 2026
Conduct admission tests for incoming applications
Create evaluations, surveys, and statistics
Co-responsible for the content of communication to applicants (e.g., invitation letters, result letters, inquiries, etc.)
Redesign and further development of processes and tools

What you ideally bring with you

Completed bachelor's degree in psychology and currently in an advanced master's program
Good diagnostic and statistical knowledge, knowledge of R
