Senior 1st Level Support & Enablement Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
What to expect from us:
- You support our customers by phone and email in all their concerns and inquiries. In addition, you take on the processing of more complex 1st-level cases and escalations.
- You are an active part of the onboarding process for new employees, including planning and coordinating training.
- You find independent solutions and show them to customers or classify inquiries and forward them to our 2nd-level support team.
- You collect the wishes/inputs of our customers, actively gather customer feedback, and share it with our product management team.
- Regular participation in meetings, training, and coaching is important and keeps you "up2date".
- The activity is rounded off by other tasks, such as participating in continuous process optimization and various other projects.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed vocational training, preferably in business administration, retail, contact center, etc.
- You bring 4-5 years of professional experience in customer service/support or a professional activity with customer contact.
- Your place of residence is in Switzerland.
- German is your native language and you have excellent English skills - Italian or French is an advantage.
- You support new team members with enthusiasm, patience, and your knowledge at the start.
