Introduction

DG Expertise Comptable SA, a well-established fiduciary in Switzerland with over 15 years of experience in fiduciary expertise and financial consulting, supports entrepreneurs, managers and investors in developing their SMEs and is looking for a talented and motivated Trust Accountant to join our team. Do you have experience in fiduciary work and are looking for a new challenge? Or do you hold a federal accounting certificate and wish to join a fiduciary to broaden your professional practice? This position is made for you!

Responsibilities

• Complete and autonomous management of accounting and payroll for a varied client portfolio.
• Closing, handling of suspense accounts as well as interim statements.
• VAT returns and annual reconciliation.
• Preparation of tax declarations (individuals and corporations).
• Preparation of financial statements and annual reports.
• Advising and supporting clients in their administrative and financial procedures.
• Collaboration with tax authorities and other stakeholders.
• Handling of mail and emails.
• Participation in improving internal processes and digitalising services.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland or ability to manage multiple clients.
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in IT tools and accounting software (e.g. Winbiz, Crésus, GIT, Banana, etc.). Mastery of payroll software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and client orientation.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written). Knowledge of German or English is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
