Job Description

• Take full responsibility for project management on occupied sites, ensuring uninterrupted continuity of activities and meticulously planning the complex phasing of works.
• Establish and maintain essential communication and coordination channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Closely monitor work progress, costs, and risks, and formulate strategic solutions in case of deviations from the established plan.
• Compile and present comprehensive progress reports to management teams and clients, ensuring full transparency and accountability.
• Demonstrate autonomy in managing assignments while consistently meeting client expectations and financial objectives, adhering to the highest standards in project management.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in project management, architecture, engineering, or a similar field.
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, ideally in office renovations and real estate projects in Switzerland.
• Proven experience with projects on occupied sites and complex work phasing.
• Experience with international organizations (UN, WHO, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Currently based in Geneva or the canton of Vaud.
• Skills in schedule management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and complex problem solving.
