TopCC AG, based in Gossau SG, operates 11 Cash & Carry pickup markets in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and employs 400 staff. We offer a comprehensive range tailored to the needs of gastronomy and trade, as well as business customers, schools, and clubs. All TopCC pickup markets have a staffed butcher's shop and a comprehensive wine department with expert advice and tasting opportunities. TopCC has been successfully operating for over 55 years. Department Manager Sales Fresh 100% 

Your Tasks 

• You take over the staff management for the fresh department
• You order all goods and ensure a sales-promoting presentation as well as the quality of the goods
• You are responsible for inventory management of all goods
• You independently conduct negotiations with our suppliers
• You serve and advise our demanding customers

Your Profile 

• You have completed training in retail and wholesale, preferably in food or gastronomy
• You are an active sales personality and enjoy customer contact
• You have already gained some leadership experience
• Juggling several balls at the same time does not unsettle you
• If you have a reach truck license and experience with SAP R/3, these are advantages
