What you will do:

You provide basic and treatment nursing services to our clients.
You are the link between the case-responsible nursing professional and the caregiving staff and assist both in employee onboarding and quality assurance.
You are available on-site for questions from clients and relatives and coordinate with your team members during regular nursing reports as needed.
If interested, you will become part of the trainer team and help our apprentices successfully complete their training.

What you bring with you:

Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent training
At least one year of professional experience, preferably in the Spitex environment
High social and professional competence
Independent, flexible, and responsible working style
Driver's license category B and own car
