For our client, a global insurance group, we are looking for an Operations Specialist, to join their team based in Zurich.
Our client is a global insurance group, looking to add an Operations Specialist to their team in Zurich. This is a newly created position, to help grow and develop the current team. About the role:
Coordination of the different country departments (Underwriters, Claims Handlers, Credit Control and brokers);
Review queries and help resolve and identify root cause analysis. Feedback on improvement opportunities on internal processes;
Respond to all onshore administrative queries and requirements from brokers, collaborating with the global Operations team as required;
Assist with coordination of all local language policy issuance and/or queries;
Supports local underwriters and claims handlers with processes and procedures as required;
Adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.
About the candidate:
Economics and/or consultancy background. University degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good communication skills, verbally and in writing;
Good MS Office skills;
Able to handle tight deadlines;
Team player and able to work in a multicultural environment;
Able to work independently and proactive;
English is a must, combined with either German or French fluency.
