Do you like to get involved, keep an overview, and ensure a smooth process in the background with your craftsmanship?
In this versatile role, you are responsible for the maintenance of our public areas and their surroundings. You carry out maintenance and inspection work on technical systems (heating, sanitary, and electrical systems), maintain the outdoor facilities, and perform simple repairs or coordinate these with external specialists. The proper and efficient use of machines, materials, and cleaning products is part of your daily routine, as is complying with environmental and safety regulations. In addition, you ensure the correct disposal of waste and regularly take on on-call duties across all three locations.
- Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Maintenance Technician, or completed training in a manual profession
- Good technical understanding and IT affinity
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges and high service orientation
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Competent and professional interaction with our elderly residents
- Driver's license category B
- 5 weeks vacation, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55

Your workplace will be at Domicil Oberried for onboarding at the start of your employment. Afterwards, you will work at all three locations in Belp.
