Tasks
- Close customer support from internal sales, possibly direct support at the customer's site
- Order processing from A for acceptance to Z for payment
- Preparation of offers and orders
- Deputy of the managing director in daily business during absence
- General office activities such as correspondence, data maintenance, and documentation
- Processing customer inquiries on technical and product-related questions
- Ordering material throughout Europe, organizing imports in cooperation with the freight forwarder

Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in a comparable position, experience in sheet metal processing is an advantage
