For our hotel in Täsch near Zermatt we are looking for a committed and highly motivated full-time receptionist for the winter season 25/26

Tasks

Your tasks

• Responsible for the proper operation at the reception
• Handling daily reservations
• Quick and guest-friendly check-in and check-out including billing
• Timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks in the front office area

Relief and assistance in service

Requirements • Completed training in hotel management
• first experience at the reception
• Friendly interaction with people as well as a neat appearance
• Good self-organization as well as precise and structured working method
• Flexibility, resilience, ability to work in a team
• high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in improvement processes as well as contributing ideas Languages • Perfect German and English skills as well as another foreign language are an advantage
