The internal dialogue and positioning of Private Banking in the Swiss financial market are our focus. Would you like to work together with the person responsible for Private Banking communication to shape and strategically further develop our internal, classic, and digital communication channels in a contemporary way? We are looking for a passionate, creative, and at the same time analytical personality who masters classic and digital media and enjoys taking on strategic and operational communication tasks, as well as bringing experience in project work.

Your tasks

Support in the internal communication of the Private Banking business unit as well as its sales-oriented communication
Consulting and support of the sales areas in all communication matters
Planning and co-design of communication measures
Creation of content for digital and analog channels, e.g., writing intranet articles, scripts for videos, presentations, and briefings
Maintenance and further development of intranet pages
Organization of, among other things, video shoots, town halls, and support with administrative tasks
Close cooperation with corporate communications and marketing

Your profile

Completed studies at a (technical) college or university or professional experience with corresponding further training
3 to 5 years of experience in internal communication in the banking environment
Proven track record in developing exciting stories for digital and analog media as well as editorially and visually effective implementation in banking
Organizational talent with strong conceptual skills
Project management experience is an advantage
Native German speaker, good English and French skills are a plus
Convincing appearance, strong in consulting and argumentation
Passionate and responsible team player, doer, and co-creator
