Your mission:

• Welcome children and their families in a respectful and caring manner

• Ensure the safety and psychological, emotional, and physical well-being of the child

• Have a duty to alert on any breaches of safety and well-being rules and a duty to prevent and protect the child

• Collaborate and communicate actively with the site management and the entire educational team

• Share observations with the educational team

• Participate in creating a pleasant working environment in respect of the group's values and each individual's personality

Your profile:

• Person aged 20 years or older, with proven educational experience with children, or parental experience, or experience in caring for children, of at least 6 months

• French-speaking, with good oral knowledge of English or native English speaker or having fluent spoken English with good knowledge of French if applying for an English-speaking position

• Interpersonal skills

• Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm

• Work ethic and reliability

• Ease of communication, listening skills, and team spirit
