As a specialist in long-term care and support, you are responsible for competent, needs-oriented, and individual care and support and manage the care process. You work with conviction and heart in long-term care. Do you wish to further develop yourself? We support you in this. 

The scope of duties includes:

• Managing the nursing diagnostic processes
• Daily responsibility for a department 
• Professional relationship building in everyday care
• Intra- and interprofessional communication
• Contact person for relatives, residents, doctors, pharmacy, employees
• Supporting the department management in professional leadership
• Participation in the training of apprentices

You bring with you:

• Professional experience in the field of long-term care
• Sense of responsibility, creativity, flexibility, and humor
• High self- and social competence 
• A strong service mentality
• Good PC user skills and handling of electronic work tools 
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form 
• Experience with RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire it.
