About the job

Atlas Holz AG is a successful family business with nearly 35 employees, focusing on the manufacture, trade, and sale of veneers, solid wood, reclaimed wood, and other wood products such as veneered panels, veneer edges, solid wood panels, parquet, decking boards, as well as wall and ceiling claddings.

Your area of responsibility:

• Assisting with the purchase of roundwood for sawn timber and veneers
• Production of sawn timber at sawmills
• Assisting with the purchase of sawn timber and other wood products
• Production of veneers at contract veneer factories

We expect:

• Completed training in the wood industry as a forest ranger, wood industry specialist, carpenter, or similar
• Knowledge in roundwood purchasing or sawn timber production is an advantage
• Conscientious working style, sense of order, and good organisational skills
• High willingness to travel throughout Europe, especially in winter from November to May
• Good German language skills, additional language skills in English, French, or Italian are an advantage
