For our team, we are looking for an experienced Dipl. Registered Nurse HF who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and acts confidently even in complex situations.

Your tasks

• Independent and professional nursing and care of our clients in their familiar home environment
• Responsible planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process as well as ensuring individual and needs-oriented care
• Competent action in complex and demanding situations as well as accompanying people in palliative situations
• Recognising changes in health status, initiating appropriate measures, and implementing medical orders and demanding nursing interventions
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
• Close and appreciative collaboration with relatives, doctors, therapists, and other professionals
• Support and deputising for the Head of Nursing Service in operational daily business
• Participation in the leadership and professional support of employees as well as in deployment and personnel planning
• Support in complex nursing situations, case management, and professional queries
• Participation in ensuring and further developing nursing quality, standards, and processes
• Induction and support of new employees as well as active contribution to high-quality nursing

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Registered Nurse HF
• Several years of professional experience as a qualified nurse
• Essential: solid professional experience in the Spitex sector
• Experience in palliative care is an advantage
• Strong independence and personal responsibility
• Ability to act calmly, thoughtfully, and independently even in complex and demanding situations
• High sense of responsibility and a reliable, structured way of working
• Enjoyment of varied work in an outpatient setting
• Appreciative, empathetic, and clear communication
• Enjoyment in contributing professionally and developing together with the team
• Driving licence category B
