Your Tasks
- You take over the professional consulting of our customers and are the central contact point for technical and entrepreneurial questions regarding energy communities such as associations for self-consumption (ZEV) and local electricity communities (LEG)
- You answer inquiries and feedback competently, clearly, and solution-oriented both by phone and in writing
- You design training and informational materials, conduct internal training sessions, and thus promote knowledge exchange
- You take care of the registrations of energy communities and ensure their timely processing
- Documenting customer contacts as well as coordinating relevant information with internal departments also belong to your responsibilities
What You Bring
- You have completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, electrical fitter EFZ, or a completed degree (university/FH) in a technical field
- You have professional experience in customer consulting, ideally in a regulated environment or in the energy sector
- With your strong customer affinity and clear, empathetic communication, you manage to build trust even in challenging situations, manage expectations, and create sustainable relationships
- You are familiar with tools such as CRM and IS-U and can use them effectively
- You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even with complex topics, and find practical solutions
- Your German skills are business fluent; French skills give you an advantage
