What to expect

You are responsible for the Central Switzerland & Glarus operational area.
You manage complex daily allowance cases with longer incapacity to work – from the initial assessment to sustainable reintegration.
You recognize early where action is needed, prioritize purposefully, and set the right impulses to promote professional reintegration.
You conduct demanding conversations with insured persons, employers, and medical professionals – clearly, bindingly, and on equal footing.
You bring different interests to the table and ensure viable solutions.
You work closely with claims processing and ensure efficient, high-quality case management.
You think along, contribute ideas, and actively develop our processes in case management.

What you bring

You have completed basic training (commercial, medical, or comparable) and ideally further training in case management or social insurance.
Experience in dealing with complex benefit cases (daily sickness allowance and accident insurance is a plus).
You work in a structured, decisive manner with a clear focus on impact.
You combine empathy with resilience and communicate confidently even in demanding situations.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required.
You are mobile and have a valid driver’s license (car).
