Your mission

• Diagnosis and repair of control electronic boards and controllers returned by customers
• Analysis and replacement of defective components
• Inspection, control and testing of products according to the procedures and standards in force within the company
• Active participation in the development and proposal of corrective actions following returns, to ensure continuous improvement of the quality of our products
• Optimisation of repairs and prioritisation of activities related to allocation according to various criteria
• Data entry into our ERP to ensure traceability of our products and repairs

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma or electronics technician
• A minimum of 3 years professional experience in a similar after-sales role
• Good knowledge of electronics, both analogue and digital
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and fault detection
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook tools
• Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Good writing skills in French and English
