- Support the Shop Manager in all store matters as well as solution-oriented application of strategies and best practices in customer service together with the team
- Represent the Shop Manager in daily operations (e.g., cash register, warehouse, visual merchandising, sales floor) as well as possibly personnel matters (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with your Store Manager
- Increase store performance through professional customer advice as a role model, effective teamwork, and efficient processes while adhering to our retail standards
- Co-responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals including KPI management and sales promotion
Qualifications
- Authentic, optimistic personality with a strong entrepreneurial and open mindset
- Proactive brand ambassador with excellent communication skills (German: very good; English: basic knowledge): You are a role model for the team in every respect and develop it in your deputy store management function to excellent performance, among other things through your constructive feedback and support on the sales floor
- Very confident handling of digital tools, high ambition to develop further, sense of responsibility, and time flexibility
- Affinity for the beauty world, cosmetics industry, or lifestyle sector and first experience in professional staff management as deputy store manager (m/f/d), assistant shop manager (m/f/d), or in a comparable position in a service-oriented industry (e.g., retail, gastronomy, hospitality, tourism)
