For our EFIB nursery in Bern, we are looking for a:
100% Nursery Director
Your mission:
Ensure the optimal functioning of the nursery in compliance with the Babilou Group standards and legal requirements by providing quality services to the children and parents.
Ensure the safety and psychological, emotional, and physical well-being of the child.
Have a duty to alert on any breaches of safety and well-being rules and a duty to prevent and protect the child.
Set the pedagogical line and ensure its application.
Take all necessary measures to ensure the best occupancy rate of the nursery and monitor the daily optimization of the child-to-staff ratio.
Motivate team members to give their best and cultivate a strong team spirit.
Collaborate closely with the group's headquarters and ensure the financial and HR management of your nursery. You will be responsible for independently monitoring and managing your budget.
Your profile:
Holder of a diploma in early childhood education or social education; you can justify several years of professional experience.
Institutional management diploma considered an asset, at a minimum be willing to undertake short-term training.
Bilingual French/Swiss German German.
Administrative management skills.
Very good command of common IT tools.
Experience in team management.
