Health Specialist Internal Medicine/Palliative Care (80 – 100 %)

Your Challenge

Professional care and support of our patients in close cooperation with the qualified nursing staff (tandem)
Execution of medical and nursing technical activities based on the hospital's guidelines and concepts
Independent design of preventive and health-promoting measures
Maintaining complete and accurate nursing documentation
Handling tasks in administration, hospitality, and logistics
Active participation and shared responsibility for nursing quality

Your Profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience preferably in acute care
Strong communication skills, professional manners, and pronounced empathy
Team-oriented, experienced, and proactive working style – even in demanding and rapidly changing situations
Interest in deepening and further developing professional knowledge
Positive attitude and enjoyment in guiding trainees and interns
Good IT user skills
