Commercial Manager / Senior Property Manager Center and Mixed-Use Site Management (m/f/d)

This is what you will do:
- As part of your duties, you manage an exciting real estate portfolio of sites, shopping centers, and mixed-use properties. You work together with the Real Estate Site Manager, the Marketing Manager, the Administrator, and the Technical Manager.
- You are responsible for managing all lease agreements (commercial, gastronomy, office, parking, etc.)
- You support the Real Estate Site Manager in negotiations with tenants and contract partners and sometimes negotiate independently
- You prepare the annual service charge statement and identify optimization potentials
- You competently support the preparation of reports and budgets including their plausibility checks
- The invoicing and re-invoicing of services rendered also fall within your area of responsibility
- In addition, you take over the preparation, budgeting, execution, and monitoring of the owners' finances including the associated correspondence
This is why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in the real estate sector (property manager with a professional certificate or certified real estate trustee)
- If you have already gained practical experience in the commercial / shopping center / real estate management sector, this is an advantage
- You have a strong affinity for numbers, possess accounting expertise, and can demonstrate solid IT skills (MS Office, REM is an advantage)
- You score with your service-oriented, flexible, and resilient nature
- Communication and negotiation skills characterize you, and you are also a true team player
