Job summary

Tasks
- Manage adult guardianship mandates as per Justice de Paix.
- Promote self-determination and inter-institutional cooperation.
- Work autonomously in a team with excellent organization skills.
Skills
- Social work education (ES or HES) preferred; experience an asset.
- Strong knowledge of social insurance systems required.
- Ability to engage with vulnerable populations effectively.

- Training in social work at ES or HES level, preferably with a social service option
- Experience as a professional curator: an asset
- Willingness to at least complete module 1 of the CAS in adult guardianship
- Good knowledge of social insurance
- Interest in the field of adult protection and social work in a context of compulsory assistance
- Capacity for self-reflection and questioning of professional practices
- Good organizational skills, negotiation, and ease of contact with a vulnerable public
- Ability to work independently within a team structure (work in a curator/secretary duo)
- Holder of a driving license and vehicle available
