In order to complete our pool of substitute collaborators, we are looking for:
Educational Managers in extracurricular care
between 80% and 100% in the Canton of Fribourg
Start date immediately or to be agreed upon, for long-term temporary missions, which may lead to a permanent contract.
Work location: Extracurricular care structures in the Canton of Fribourg.
Your main mission is to ensure the proper functioning and management of a childcare structure.
Main job description:
- Ensure daily organization of the educational team's work, plan schedules, replacements, training, and vacations
- Facilitate meetings, ensure the flow of information
- Oversee staff (hiring, interviews, etc.)
- Support and assist educational teams in their roles and according to the educational project of the structure
- Manage relationships with families, keep updated and relay information on children's files, manage children's attendance according to cantonal directives
- Manage the budget allocated for current expenses
Desired profile:
- Tertiary diploma in education or vocational qualification as a socio-educational assistant or equivalent title
- Minimum of 4 years of professional educational experience in the field of childhood after obtaining the required diploma
- Successful experience in a responsible position in the field of childhood of at least 6 months
- CAS in team management and project management is an asset
- Interpersonal and managerial skills
- Good team management, facilitation, and interview skills
- Good knowledge of pedagogy and child development from 4 to 10 years
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Sense of responsibility and resilience to stress
