The city of Illnau-Effretikon - located between Winterthur and Zurich - offers attractive conditions for the approximately 18,000 inhabitants with its rural and urban areas, hamlets, centers, and the historic village of Kyburg.
The real estate department is responsible for the construction and management of properties (buildings and land) for its own needs as well as assets in the financial portfolio that are rented to third parties. The guiding principle is the real estate strategy of the city council, which pursues usage-appropriate, economical, and ecological goals. The municipal real estate portfolio is diverse and includes, in addition to administrative buildings, school properties, leisure and workshop facilities, the senior center, as well as some residential buildings.
To complement the team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality immediately or by arrangement, limited until December 31, 2026, with the option of extension as
YOUR TASKS IN THIS POSITION ARE:
- Commercial management using the specialized applications Abalmmo and Abacus in collaboration with the specialist responsible for management and the finance department
- Administrative support within the real estate department
YOUR PROFILE FITS PERFECTLY IF YOU:
- have successfully completed training as a clerk in real estate management and have initial professional experience
- are familiar with tenancy law and have experience with the specialized application AbaImmo
