Role description

• Support and supervise a team of doctors, psychologists, and paramedical staff for all medical services and/or advice and ensure the quality of care
• Lead the meetings of lead therapists and participate in general thematic meetings
• Integrate the meetings of the medical management
• Ensure that the practice of delegated psychotherapy is carried out in accordance with current regulations and in compliance with internal rules
• Ensure psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up of an outpatient patient
• Possibility to conduct individual, family, and group follow-ups
• Develop and implement care programs
• Participate in training programs and the possibility to contribute to clinical research programs

Your profile

• Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Management skills
• Dynamism, flexibility, and good stress management
• Ability to adapt to new situations
• Language skills: any language spoken fluently in addition to French is an asset
