Your Tasks

• Programming, setting up and monitoring CNC turning and milling machines
• Manufacturing precise series of turned and milled parts
• Independently monitoring and optimising ongoing production
• Conducting quality controls and measuring the manufactured workpieces
• Identifying and resolving manufacturing problems
• Optimising manufacturing processes
• Maintenance and upkeep of machines and work equipment
• Assuming a technically leading role within production and issuing work instructions to production staff

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Level E or BM
• Experience in setting up, programming and operating CNC machines
• Sound knowledge of Okuma and Fanuc controls
• Confident reading and writing of ISO code
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent and responsible working style
• Willingness to take responsibility for your own tasks and the quality of the manufactured parts
• Reliability and diligence
• Strong quality awareness
• Willingness to learn new things and develop professionally
• Team spirit
