We are a globally leading high-tech company in the field of People Flow Monitoring. Our in-house hardware and software solutions, developed and manufactured in Germany and Switzerland, enable precise people counting, optimize the flow of people, and ensure data protection.

To lead our production team, we are looking for a strong personality with clarity and drive who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment. You will take on a key role in a successful company with a modern production environment, be responsible for internal manufacturing, and ensure that our sensors are available in the right quality, quantity, and at the right time.

What awaits you

Leadership and Team

Technical and personnel management of 10 employees
Personnel and deployment planning as well as targeted further development of employees
Ensuring the availability of our sensors, adherence to deadlines, quality, and efficiency
KPI monitoring (output, quality, throughput times, inventory levels)
Close cooperation with Procurement, Sales Operations, Research & Development, and Product Development
Continuous optimization of processes and workstations
Analysis and sustainable resolution of quality issues
Introduction and further development of Lean/Kaizen methods
Maintenance of process descriptions and work instructions
Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of production equipment
Close cooperation with the industrialization team during product launches
Optimization of material flows (Kanban, ERP, inventory management)
Ensuring material availability in close cooperation with Procurement

What you bring

Professional

Technical basic training (electronics, mechatronics or similar)
Several years of experience in a production environment
Advanced training HF/FH
First leadership experience in operational areas
ERP knowledge
Very good German and good English skills
Experience in series production of electronic products
Knowledge of quality methods (8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
Experience in industry or automotive
Leadership personality with exemplary character
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
Hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Enjoyment in developing people and processes
