Become part of one of Switzerland's leading marketing agencies! As Team Manager Performance Marketing, you lead a team of consultants within our Performance Marketing Unit. In doing so, you lead both your team members to success and the clients in your portfolio.

Your tasks are... 

… to support and further develop a dedicated team in performance marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) – and to advise yourself in exciting client projects in various roles. You understand the challenges of our clients and advise them strategically to achieve their goals and continue to grow. ROAS, CPA, and KUR are your coordinates, and you like to illustrate connections through meaningful reporting. You are a coach and sparring partner for your team: you support the professional development of your team members, help to expand their strengths, and ensure that your clients experience exceptional service and grow together with us. Additionally, you actively shape the further development of the unit and our services together with the two Co-Heads Performance Marketing.

You...

• have 4+ years of digital marketing experience in performance marketing in an agency or in-house and are also skilled in using the relevant tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Search Ads 360)
• can build and expand strong customer relationships and understand how to translate customer needs into effective solutions. In addition, you are operationally strong, actively develop key clients, and lead by example for your team
• are passionate about performance marketing topics and interested in emerging digital trends as well as technological developments in the paid search environment
• view challenges in performance marketing holistically and are able to advise clients strategically
• have leadership experience or have led teams professionally in large client projects
• speak German and English and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
