Your missions
As the HES-SO Master Manager, you ensure the development and management of the operation of HES-SO Master in close collaboration with domain managers, program managers, and all stakeholders. You play a key role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the institutional strategy. You also ensure the positioning of HES-SO Master within the HES-SO universities of applied sciences, working to strengthen collaborations and the overall coherence of the offer.
You are responsible for developing and strengthening the efficiency of HES-SO Master services. You supervise the administrative and technical team, ensure the smooth running of operational activities, and oversee financial management. Together with the HES-SO Master Council, of which you are a member, you are responsible for the framework conditions of academic development.
Your role is based on close collaboration with the following stakeholders:
Finally, you contribute to the visibility of HES-SO in general and HES-SO Master in particular through an integrative and innovative communication strategy.
