For the Electricity and Telecom Network area, Services Department, we are looking for a committed personality for the Controls and Approvals department as part of succession planning as

Head of Controls and Approvals Department (m/f/d) 100%

This is what you will do:

• Technical and personnel management of seven employees in the Controls and Approvals department
• First point of contact for all inquiries related to reporting and installation notifications
• Responsibility for processing technical connection requests from external partners (planners, installers, property owners, architects)
• Technical expertise in the dimensioning of network connections as well as performing control measurements
• Advising customers on tariff, energy, and safety issues
• Review of safety certificates, initiation of random checks and site inspections, as well as regular documentation of results
• Maintaining networks with other distribution system operators (DSOs)

This is what you bring:

• For this demanding and interesting activity, you have training as a federally certified electrical installer or electrical project manager FA, continuing education towards a higher professional examination
• Business management training or a good understanding of business management
• Several years of proven leadership experience in a comparable environment
• Assertiveness, communication skills, and many years of technical expertise characterize you
• Your confident demeanor and your sensitivity to the concerns of customers make it easy for you to get in touch with them
