As a service technician, you play an important key role in ensuring our service offerings. Your commitment and skills are crucial to satisfy our customers and successfully represent our company. As a service technician, you are the face of our company on site.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting: You are the number one problem solver and ensure that the printers and multifunction devices of the brands Kyocera, Canon, and mainly HP of our customers are quickly operational again.
- Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA): You contribute to meeting our service quality standards.
- Independent completion of assigned tasks: You work independently and conscientiously to successfully complete the tasks assigned to you.
- Reporting: Documenting your activities is crucial to keep track.
- Spare parts handling: Efficient management of spare parts is an important part of your role.
- Sales support: You support our sales team to offer solutions to our customers.
- Technical and user-oriented training: Your know-how is continuously expanded.
- Substitution in Field Service: When your colleagues in Field Service are absent, you step in flexibly to ensure everything runs smoothly. You assist with installations and relocations of PC workstations – even without prior knowledge.
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training
- Solid experience in service technology
- Flair and understanding of electromechanics
- In-depth product knowledge in printing is an advantage
- Professional and friendly interaction with customers
- Confident handling of MS Office and internet applications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written; good oral French skills
- Resilient, independent, agile, and proactive personality
- Team player, conscientious, and the necessary calm to act composed even in hectic situations
- You possess a category B driving license
