Your tasks
- As a Scientific Employee in Process Management, you deal with business processes, including their digitization, process standards, and an agenda of standardization as well as the documentation of knowledge, procedures, and templates
- You actively help shape the establishment and implementation of the new Organizational Development area - process management is part of it - into a service center for the Bern Cantonal Police
- In Organizational Development, you contribute to the strategic orientation and anchoring of the area and participate in defining the medium-term focus program and operational planning
- You are involved in organizational development projects in various roles and implement optimizations and compliance with requirements
- You accompany projects and subprojects as a coach, sparring partner, process facilitator, or method leader with the goal of empowering and further developing individuals and teams
Your profile
- Completed studies or comparable education and training at university or university of applied sciences level in business administration, organizational development, quality management, or project management
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, project work in process management, organizational development, and change management, as well as knowledge in the field of emergency services organizations is desirable
- High service orientation and helpfulness as well as the ability as a bridge builder to approach different people openly, sympathetically, and winningly and to inspire them for a common cause
- Networked, creative, and solution-oriented thinking as well as pronounced analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills to explain even complex circumstances simply, understandably, and appropriately for the target group
- High professional, methodological, mediation, and application competence in the entrusted subject areas and the instruments available therein
