Project Manager: Sustainability Consulting

From March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking to strengthen our team in Basel with a committed individual passionate about sustainable construction.

Your tasks include:

• Project management of planning and execution mandates in the field of sustainable construction
• Support of certification processes and ensuring sustainability goals in all construction phases
• Use of common verification methods to demonstrate compliance with sustainability criteria to clients
• Co-design and further development of our consulting services
• By actively working in an interdisciplinary project environment, you find solutions for complex tasks

For this exciting role, you bring several years of experience (at least two years) as a project manager in sustainable construction and hold a completed degree (BSc/MSc) related to sustainability or the construction industry. A fundamental understanding of building ecology, building products, and relevant standards, as well as in-depth knowledge of common sustainability labels and standards such as SNBS, DGNB, LEED, or Minergie-Eco, distinguish you. Experience in preparing verifications – for example in daylight or life cycle assessment – as well as in using corresponding tools makes you an ideal addition to our team. To optimally advise your clients, you have very good German skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written form.
