- You are responsible for optimal care and advice for our clients with a focus on somatic care
- With the clarification and case management, you take responsibility for all steps in the care process of your clients
- You take on coordination tasks with other involved services and actively participate in collaboration with our interprofessional team

- You have a category B driving license
