Become part of our team as a Business Development Specialist and take on a key role in the implementation of strategy, process optimization, and innovation.
Business Development Specialist (m/f/d), 80-100%
Your tasks
You can expect a varied mix of strategic planning, process optimization, and concrete project implementation.
- Co-design of corporate strategy as well as participation in the 5-year and annual business plan
- Development of concepts and standards to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Further development and support of project management
- Participation in the CSR report
- Optimization and maintenance of process management according to ISO standards
- Development and validation of BI dashboards for various areas and processes
- Independent implementation and management of projects
- Support in risk management and development of measures to minimize risks
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in business development or strategy
- Strong analytical thinking skills and experience in project management
- Service-oriented, communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking
- Team player, loyal and proactive with a positive "can-do" mentality
- High flexibility, resilience, and self-motivation
- Discreet, reliable working style with high quality standards
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
