Varied activity

In this versatile and responsible role, you independently review and process applications for supplementary benefits to AHV and IV. You calculate the benefits, ensure correct payment, and regularly check ongoing claims.

You clarify economic and personal circumstances, obtain missing documents, and conduct investigations if necessary to ensure complete decision-making bases.

You manage the applications from submission to payment and always keep an overview. You work closely with internal and external specialist offices. Direct contact with insured persons is also part of your daily routine: you provide competent and understandable information – by phone, in writing, or in personal conversation.
