Traffic Expert 100%At the Road Traffic Office of the Canton of Zurich, around 460 employees work at nine locations. Our task is traffic safety in the Canton of Zurich. We are responsible for the approval and inspection of vehicles and ships, for driving tests, for administrative measures, and for collecting traffic fees. For our Road Traffic Offices in Bassersdorf and Regensdorf, we are looking for traffic experts starting autumn 2026.
Your tasks
In the area of vehicle and driving tests, you can expect diverse, structured, technical tasks and intensive contact with our customers. The responsible role of the traffic expert also requires a high understanding of the legal framework of the Road Traffic Act.
Your profile
- Training as an automotive mechatronics technician or agricultural machinery mechanic
- Strong in collaboration with a wide variety of people
- A professional, confident, and respectful demeanor
- Quick comprehension and the motivation to keep your knowledge always up to date
- Minimum age 24 years and no driving license revocation in the last 5 years
