YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitoring and validating material planning to ensure smooth material supply for production and service locations
- Proactive intervention in case of impending delivery delays or supply bottlenecks
- Clarification of open questions regarding delivery dates and quantities with suppliers as well as handling complaints
- Participation in shopfloor meetings to coordinate with relevant departments
- Support for demand carriers and procurement in case of shortages due to missing parts or unplanned demands
- Operational support of logistics in identifying and handling critical deliveries
- Creation of transparent and meaningful overviews of the current material situation for departments and management
- Coordination of planning changes with the goal of cost-optimal implementation
- Proactive follow-up and enforcement of open goods receipts within assigned projects
- Responsibility for warehouse management and stock levels at the project level
- Avoidance and active control of overstock
- Organization and moderation of escalation meetings in cooperation with purchasing and production management
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally in industry
- Further training, e.g., as a technical clerk, process specialist, or comparable
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented personality with a structured and efficient working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
