Social Media Specialist, 80%
What to expect
- You will have strategic and operational responsibility for CONCORDIA's social media presence. You will take our strategy, channels, and formats to the next level and organically increase presence, visibility, and follower numbers.
- Together with a junior colleague, you will be responsible for topic and editorial planning, develop creative content ideas, and implement them in text, image, and video.
- You will design and manage paid social media campaigns in collaboration with external agencies. You will be responsible for budgets and optimise our activities based on relevant key figures.
- You will oversee community management and also get hands-on yourself. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external specialists and provide professional guidance to your colleague.
- As part of corporate communications and marketing, you will contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects – and never stop learning yourself.
What you bring
- You have a higher education or further training in communication, marketing, media (FH, university, HF, federal certificate of competence or similar) or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in social media management and have independently managed channels and campaigns.
- You are very familiar with the relevant social media platforms. You master common publishing and analysis tools, skilfully use the usual tools for content creation, and keep up to date with the use of AI.
- You have a flair for storytelling, texts, and visual content. Your German is stylistically confident and error-free; good French skills complete your profile.
- You are flexible, recognise current trends and critical issues early, and respond quickly and accurately – even if it has to be spontaneous at times.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and an independent working style characterise you. You like to take responsibility, enjoy working with different stakeholders, and are happy to share your knowledge.
Your benefits
- You have a 41-hour week and can work part-time or flexibly. For selected tasks, you can regularly work from home.
- Full salary during 14 weeks of maternity leave. Additional contributions to child and education allowances. Up to 90% cost coverage for external childcare.
- We offer you an extremely attractive, secure pension fund with above-average employer contributions and generous benefits.
- You and your family benefit from reduced health insurance premiums.
- Your recovery is important to us: enjoy at least five weeks of holiday per year.
- We value long-term collaboration. After five years of service, you regularly receive a long-service gift: holiday or a bonus.
