Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the organizational processes at three locations
- Ensuring efficient practice processes and uniform standards
- Development and implementation of quality and process optimizations
- Monitoring and optimizing appointment and utilization structures
- Professional and organizational leadership of the teams at all locations
- Personnel requirements planning in coordination with management
- Conducting employee interviews
- Key figure analysis and economic management of the practices
- Budget monitoring and cost control
- Preparation of billing and controlling evaluations
- Identification of optimization potentials to increase sales
- Ensuring legal and regulatory requirements
- Central contact person for the medical team, employees, and external partners
Your Profile
- Training as a medical assistant, preferably with further training as a practice manager or specialist in health and social services or comparable training
- Experience in supporting a substitution facility desirable but not a requirement
