The private Senior Center Oberburg is an independently operated facility with 57 single care rooms in the most beautiful hillside location in Oberburg. True to our motto "at home in Ämmitau," the house is rurally rooted and yet managed according to the latest standards. On the "Mitte" ward, operated on two floors, we care for and support 23 residents with varying care needs. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager 70 - 100 % Your tasks

Support the ward manager in the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership and development of the ward
Ensure the quality of care
Take over daily responsibility including medical rounds
Active participation in direct care
Implementation of primary nursing according to the concept
Preparation of care plans and monitoring of implementation
Recording of care levels according to RAI

Your profile
- Completed training as FAGE, Long-term Care Specialist FA or certified nursing professional

RAI coordinator or willingness to further training
Interest in challenging care and support tasks for

people with complex medical conditions

Interest in leadership and development topics in cooperation with the ward manager
Team-oriented, solution-focused, and humorous personality
