Your Tasks
- Administrative patient admission and master data management
- Advice, initiation, and conclusion of treatment and optional service contracts
- Coordination of administrative process flows and interface function between occupancy management, emergency department, and outpatient clinics
- Requesting and tracking findings and examination results
- Conducting and assisting with medical examinations (e.g., laboratory, ECG)
- Creation and digital documentation of social and nursing anamneses in the hospital information system (KIS)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in legally compliant and data protection-compliant treatment billing as well as clinical patient administration is an advantage
- Ideally knowledge in inpatient and outpatient billing (including KV billing)
- Independent and solution-oriented action and patient-oriented demeanor
