The Lanzeln Retirement Center is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa. Centrally located, in close proximity to the lake and with a view of the mountains, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents. In our house, our services are fully tailored to the needs of residents from the third stage of life onwards.
To complement our team, we are looking for a solution-oriented, committed, and proven professional with a "hands-on mentality", starting immediately or by arrangement, as:
Technical Team Leader / Besibe 80-100% Workload
Your tasks and perspectives
- Responsibility for ensuring the operation and maintenance of our diversified infrastructure, technical systems, and the surrounding/garden areas
- Leading and promoting a team of 3 employees
- Planning, controlling, and documenting all inspections, maintenance, and minor renovations
- Maintenance work and repairs inside the building and on the grounds
- Investment planning including budget
- Contact person for ICT concerns in maintenance
- Maintaining documentation in the building management software (Campos)
- Safety coordination and responsibility for occupational safety
- Close cooperation with the property maintenance of the municipality of Stäfa
What you bring to this position
- Completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist or basic craft training
- Further training as a certified caretaker or other appropriate further education as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- Solid professional and leadership skills
- Strong service orientation, independence, assertiveness, and a high level of commitment
- Willingness for on-call duty and occasional weekend work (winter/events)
- Affinity for handling common software solutions (Microsoft 365, personnel planning, Campos)
