Transaction Manager Real Estate

Primary responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and prepare real estate investment opportunities
• Conduct detailed market, location, and financial analyses
• Lead acquisition projects in collaboration with the Real Estate Team
• Perform property valuations, due diligence, and investment calculations
• Coordinate and manage the full transaction process from start to finish
• Negotiate and draft contracts with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and expand a professional network within the real estate industry
• Administer internal systems (CRM, SharePoint, Immopac) and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate project development and support strategic initiatives

Profile

• Master’s Degree in Economics and/or Real Estate
• 2–5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland
• Well-established sourcing network in the Swiss real estate market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Autonomous, committed, and able to work effectively in a team
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize under pressure
• Fluent in German, French, and English
