Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational development of the nursing department
- Professional and personnel management of the nursing team

Your Profile
- Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH and leadership training (e.g., CAS Management in Healthcare) or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in rehabilitation or acute care
- Initial leadership experience at the team or department level is an advantage
- Organizational talent, high independence, and motivation for development
- Strong communication skills, role model function, and structured working method
